Would you like to make a reservation? There are four simple steps to making a reservation: 1) Check availability: check the availability and cost of your holiday. Note that short breaks of a minimum of 3 nights are only available between November and March inclusive, excluding Christmas, New Year and Easter. Full week bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. 2) Make a provisional booking: to provisionally reserve your dates contact us by e-mail or telephone. We will check and confirm availability to you. If the dates are available, they will be held for a maximum of 7 days. 3) Read and understand the Terms and Conditions: click here to view and print Terms and Conditions. 4) Complete and return the booking form: click here to download and print the booking form.Complete the form and post it to us along with payment. Currently, we only accept personal £ sterling cheques. If your booking is more than 6 weeks before your arrival date, please send a £100 deposit for each full week. If your booking is less than 6 weeks before your arrival date, please send the full amount. If you are sending a deposit you may wish to also send a post-dated cheque for the remaining balance. The full balance is due 6 weeks before your arrival date, unless you are taking advantage of a last minute break or special offer. Confirmation of Reservation: upon receipt of your booking form and payment, written confirmation of the reservation will be sent to you within a few days. Directions and arrangements to collect the keys to Coombe Cottage will be despatched within 2 weeks of your arrival date. Holiday insurance: your booking is a legally binding contract,
which means if you cancel your holiday you will lose your deposit and
could be faced with paying the whole balance. We strongly recommend you
