Would you like to make a reservation?
There are four simple steps to making a reservation:
1. Check availability
Check the availability and cost of your holiday. Please note, that short breaks of a minimum of 3 nights are available between November and March inclusive, excluding Christmas, New Year and Easter. Full week bookings are from Saturday to Saturday.
2. Make a provisional booking
To provisionally reserve the dates of your choice contact us by either e-mail or telephone. We will check and confirm availability and price to you. If the dates are available, they will be held for a maximum of 7 days pending receipt of a deposit or full payment
3. Read the Terms and Conditions
Read the terms and conditions on the " terms" page
4. Complete and return the booking form with payment
Download and print the booking form. Complete the form and post it to us along with payment. At the moment, we only accept personal £ sterling cheques. Should you be from overseas a bank automated credit can be arranged.
- If your booking is more than 6 weeks before your arrival date, please send a £100 deposit for each full week
- If your booking is less than 6 weeks before your arrival date, please send the full amount
- If you are sending a deposit you may wish to also send a post-dated cheque for the remaining balance
- The full balance is due 6 weeks before your arrival date, unless you are taking advantage of a last minute break or special offer
- Food arrangegments, we have organised for you to pre-order basic grocery item prior to your arrival at Coombe Cottage. Simply complete our food order form and we will ensure your groceries are available upon your arrival. Please allow a minimum of 7 days notice. A service charge of £5. will apply.
What happens next?
5. Confirmation of Reservation
Upon receipt of your booking form and payment, written confirmation of the reservation will be sent to you within a few days. The confirmation includes the balance outstanding and the date that it is due to be paid
6. Directions and collection of keys
On receipt of the final balance of payment 6 weeks before your arrival date, a final confirmation will be sent to you along with detailed directions to the cottage and instructions as to how to collect the keys and gain access.
